Note:
- If outputfmt is not specified, plain text is returned by default.
- Use outputfmt=htmlpre for html <pre> format.
- Use sw=e to disregard jar size when selecting random jars.
- Combine sw= options like this: sw=ce (uses both 'c' and 'e' option)
